HI there sifus. What do you guys think about this rig Im gonna built?

Intel core i5-2400 -RM549

Gigabyte Ga-H67-D2 - RM275

Kingston value ram 4gb x1 - Rm64

Asus 24 speed DVD Writer - RM69

Western Digital caviar Blue Sata 3 500gb - RM 117

XFX Hd6950 2gb - RM 799

Fsp Hexa 500watts - Rm159

Cooler Master elite 430 black - Rm129

Total is RM 2161

I will be purchasing the parts from several places. What you guys think about the psu? Will it be able to power the 6950 without problems? I wont be overclocking the processor but maybe a mild overclock on the grafic card.
Opinion needed asap tq

Hard Disk

Hi there. I have a problem with my 2.5 inch 250 gb sata 3 hitachi hard drive. It works normally when i use a sata port and connect it to my motherboard. Windows also read the hard drive with the issue but when i put it into my cheapo external hard disk enclosure and plug the usb into my pc, the hard drive would not spin. Is this due to my hard disk or my hard disk enclosure? Opinion needed tq ..
