Lock In Period Waiver

Hi there,

I have a property which lock-in period will be over in Aug. If I sell it now assuming 3+1, the loan will be settled by May which is 3 months away before the lock-in period is over.

Is there anything I can do to avoid or waive the lock-in penalty?

Low-rise Condo, What to take note when buying?

Hi, there,

When buying a low-rise condo (no elevator), what are things to take note?

1) Should one buy the unit located at the highest floor (5th floor)?
2) In terms of value, the higher floor unit is cheaper or the lower floor unit is cheaper? Or the price varies depending on size?
3) What if the same residential have both high rise and low rise condos, will the high rise units have any effects on low rise units?
