Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- To perform a variety of tasks for conceptualizing practical graphic works from concept to completion.
- To undertake research and development in related areas and to assist the organization in graphic and unique web product development.

- To manage and execute online and offline campaigns and ensures alignment with company objectives.
- To plan and manage marketing, promotion and advertisement for various projects.
- Plan and execute branding and marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Manage and monitor marketing campaigns, promos and flash sales.
- Work with on-ground staff to promote online and offline promotion and campaign.
- Manage and update products information and promotion details on website and social media platforms.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and to recommend course of action.
- Working with the department managers to decide on the right products strategy, prepare for and implement seasonal / monthly campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Brand Marketing, Event - Marketing and sales management.
- Managing the production of marketing materials (POSM), including proof reading, photo shooting, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Creative, self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, dedicated and able to work under pressure and committed to meeting deadlines.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising/ Business Studies/ Management, or equivalent.
