1. How hard to maintain the car? The price for spare part is expensive? 2 times or 3 times? (if use proton as the benchmark.)

2. Is there any reliable workshop in PENANG that specialist in maintaining the lantis?

and most most importantly.

3.WHAT should i check and how i check the lantis before i buy it, to make sure it has no major defection.

k/ who experienced or involved in logging business

logging business literary means cutting trees, transporting them and export them.

So, recently, i have been offered some shares to join a business plan with a GLC to do some logging business in my hometown.
The land is around half a thousand hectares with 40 years trees. The investment monies is very high so as the expected return.
We are dealing with logging/transporting as well as exporting. Don't ask how do i got those licences, you know i know .

The thing is some of us are very new in this kind of business, even our partner are a well known GLC. But still somehow we feel skeptical, becoz the approval of licences are just too easy..LOL.

Just to ensure that my licences will not be revoke suddenly before the harvesting done. I would like to have some advice from fellows k/ on:-

what is the OFFICIAL regulation/Formal Rules that a grader/operator/processor/exporter should comply?
what is the issues that we should acting more care on it? reforestation?

i knew it is not a best place to ask, just would like to get some feedbacks from k/ b4 i did a overall research.
Please feel free to troll in my post too..as a regular k/, it is expected.
