Got some questions over here...

A foreigner wanted to start up biz in Malaysia..
Malaysia standard... need malaysian in order to register...
So now.. the foreigner look for a local in order to start up his biz as his sleeping partner.

Foreigner will look for lawyer to draft another agreement with the sleeping partner.

May I know is the agreement valid if bring up to court?
Is the agreement can make sure the local safe from any issues happen in future?

As per title, I looking a unit of Condo (if can freehold) where easy access to federal highway or place i can easily access to following locations:
A) Subang/ Subang 2,
B) Klang
C) sometimes go Airport (LCCT/KLIA).

I think it is hard for me with tat budget to get a landed house but it afford to get one will better. So basically I need a House/ Condo Cost <700k which convenience for me to access those locations.

Kota Kemuning (Not in my range??/ Sold Out??) Around Bukit Desa??

Currently I staying Setapak, Is those Platinum Victory's Condo Worth to Get?? I personally feel tat Here congested>< 2-3 condo located together>< Jalan Genting Klang will be Heavy Jam in future as currently already serious jam=.=|

Im from other state so I not familiar with KL/PJ properties so plz do advise me.

i wan to know more about the laptops' warranty..

as i know.. asus cover 2 years international warranty. does it mean i can claim warranty as long as there is service center in the country??

while Dell is customize, let say i purchase from malaysia Dell website, tat mean my warranty only cover in Malaysia?? or international?

how bout Lenovo??

acer 2 years local warranty..

for those local warranty, possible upgrade become international???

p/s: fren going oversea study so the warranty is the major concern for her..

the unit requirement:
-at least 3 rooms, around 1400s/f
-easy access, (will travel around subang 2, or mentari, sunway, and airport... )

I know 1 condo area, Desa something(around section 17?? ) not very sure.. >< anyone can explain or intro me any other condo which fit to my requirement???
