TV Mount with Swivel Arm for 98” TV

Hi all,

I am looking for a TV mount with a swivel arm. The TV is the TCL 98” C855, and it weighs about 92kg. Does anyone have a recommended tv mount brand? Afraid that the ordinary ones won’t hold.

Sanus has some but it supports only up to 95”. Other brands are China ones not sure if it will hold up well.

Thanks.

Hi,

I work for a US based company and have setup a subsidiary Sdn Bhd company in Malaysia. I need to open a corporate bank account now, and the company directors are myself and my boss in US.

Do you know if there is any bank that do not require foreign company directors to be present in Malaysia to open the bank account? Considering the pandemic and my boss flying to Malaysia from US just to sign a form is too challenging.

Thanks.

2.1 Speakers for Youtube and Gaming

Hi all, what's the best 2.1 speakers for gaming (80%) and youtube/movies (20%)?

I have the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 now but the subwoofer kaput after several years of use. They were not bad but looking for something better or different. The Klipsch are very good but I do find some minor drawbacks, like volume control is not so sensitive at lower volumes, bass is a bit boomy but has a really nice slam.

Among some thoughts on the others:
1) Audioengine - They are 2.0 without sub and more for music (don't care about music), adding a sub will cost a lot more
2) Harman Kardon sticks - I hear the Klipsch sounds better, but they seem to be good for clarity (which I like)
3) Logitech G560 (with rgb) - I hear sound quality is not as good as Klipsch but the rgb lights are nice but not a requirement
4) Logitech Z625 THX - They seem to be similar to Klipsch but more towards gaming and could be a candidate as they are very much cheaper
5) Razer Leviathan - I prefer a larger sound stage so preferably 2 separate speakers

Should I get another Klipsch or are there any other better suggestions?

Thanks in advance...

Wire Transfer inbound and outbound latest rules

Hello All,

I hope this is the right forum. I would like to ask the Sifus around here for my friend about wire transfers.

Is there any rules as to how much money she can wire transfer into Malaysia from Singapore, and vice versa? She needs to transfer from a Spore stock trading account to Malaysia then after a period of time, transfer back to Spore. This is because she want to buy shares in a local Malaysian IPO. The amount is in the 7 digits and she is lost, not sure how to do this. She is a Malaysian citizen and do not want to break any rules.

Investment suitable for retirement

Hello All,

I will be retiring in a few years and I believe I should hit a net savings of about 2M+. I would like to know what retirees in this forum invest in. Obviously FD will not be a good idea considering the low interest rates the past years of 2-3%.

I have been looking around, and some are saying AWS which is difficult and challenging to get a chance to buy. Appreciate any advice in order to make my savings last as long as possible. I will be very happy if there are investments that can generate at least 5% or more. I am not sure if this is realistic but am all ears as to any advice I can get.

Thanks in advance for sharing...
