video and photo edit expert pls come in

Scenario: My classmate or good friend has become a victim due to her naked photos and videos are spreading around within college... She was discriminated and criticized by her friends and others... We knew each other since we were studying in the same class in secondary school time, and it is hard for me to believe this...

I am here to ask
1. Is it an easy job to joint the body part between two photos?
2. how to diffirentiate between edited photos and ordinary photo.
3. (The naked girl in the video wears the same pant as she has, which i ever seeing her wearing out for shopping), if the editor has her friendster photo, and her pant was printed in the photo, then is there any way that the editor could put the pant on the video, just look like the girl in the video was wearing the same pant???
4. if the editor has her photo, is it possible that the editor can figure out her figure, like breast size or something???

Those photo editor can really edit photo without leaving any trace?
Thanks to those who are willing to spend their time to answer my question
