LCD Cannot Power On

My borthers' LCD suddenly cannot power on.
Suspected hit by lightning coming thru antenna.

Model Sony KLV-32S400A.

Anyone had similar experience before? How much to repair it?
Unfortunately warranty over.

I'm planning to flush and change the coolant for my car (Wira).
Do anyone know what is the liquid capacity? Plan to keep 50/50 mixture.

Travelling Preparation Advice

I need some advise as this is the 1st time I'll be travelling to France/Europe and in winter time. My collegue inform me the temp should be around 5 deg or less.
Do I really need to prepare full sets of winter clothes? (From top to bottom)
If yes do you suggestion where to go? I have been looking at Universal Traveller, Mid Valley but I want to check out others to before I buy.

Do I need these?

Head cover?
Jacket (offcourse I think)
Pants (What type? Is jeans enough?)
Shoe (What type?)
Others (??)

I have abit off budget around 1K, soo hoep you guys can give me some good advices here.
