[WTA] Where to Recone Speakers in Penang

Hi guys, where in Penang can I find a place to recone speakers?
I have one satellite with very faint sound. It works, but the sound is seriously faint.
The cone area is brittle/koyak.
The other satellite, though still working fine, is showing signs of ageing as well.
I would like to recone both of them.
Also, any advice on the pricing?
The diameter is about 1.5" approx.

Altec Lansing MX5021 vs MAudio AV30

Good day!
First & foremost, I am nowhere near an audiophile level, so I figured it's best to ask the sifus...

Here's the problem in short:
I have been looking for a decent 2.1 set as a step up over my current old Altec Lansing ATP3.
Soon, came across the MX5021 (and also the FX6021), and unfortunately it is almost impossible for a new unit purchase.

As I was scouring for other options, I came across the M-Audio AV 40.
Now, I have no budget whatsoever for a set like that.
The AV 30 is a lower spec version, and budget wise - I guess should be fine for what my wallet would permit.
So, right now, I am having bad headaches and mood swings over this issue.

What I intend to do with these, is to use them plainly for music (classical & rock -> weird, I know) and watching movies.
Both of these, I will achieve by hooking up my PC to my TV.

Honestly, the current ATP3 is just fine for my requirements.
The only issue is that they're old, and beat up.
Cables have to be constantly wiggled in order to get them working!
You might probably understand my frustrations by now.
Also, I hardly use/appreciate my ATP3's subwoofer, which is the reason why I came to also consider a 2.0 setup.

The Creative & Logitech speaker offerings do not appeal to me much. As well as other Altec Lansing stuff.
Mainly because of the weird new designs. I prefer the old skool looks - simple box with round stuff on it

JBL's and Harman Kardon's PC speakers are too expensive for what they offer.
Not to mention the out of this world designs - I have had the opportunity to test some of them (Soundsticks & Creature).
This should be good news as I appear to have a shorter list of options, but trust me - it has only made my headaches worse!

Another major issue, is that I have not tested these two sets that I am considering.
Believe me when I tell you, it's not that I don't want to test them.
Where in Penang does one have M-Audio products ready for testing, right?
I do not have the option to travel down to KL or Singapore just to justify my options

Any advice, however painful, hit me. Thank you all in advance!

Car is 2005 model. So it should be a Double DIN Front loading Clarion stock unit.
