Piping responsibility between the meter and the re

Hi,
In case there is a leakage in the piping between the water meter in a riser and to the respective unit in a condo, jwho would be responsible to repait it and take up the cost. Would it be the JMB or the unit owner as these piping runs thru the common area, which is the lobby,

The JMB would say that its the responsibility of the respective unit owner as it comes after the metre. Pease do clarify if any of the strata acts clarifies this or what would be the normal practice??

Hi,
My recent visit to the service centre says that my engine mounting worn off & need to be replaced & i do agree with that as engine vibrates at idling & also having crankling sound when going on holes or bumpers. Thats how the service centre checked thru & detected due to bad engine mounting. They told taht the charges for replacement will be RM800.

Do you any1 of you knows any centres or 3rd party workshops that does a good job in perodua engine mounting & uses the original parts & a cheaper price..? Am in selayang & i dont mind areas like Sentul, Kepong..... Normally how much does it cost at workshops that uses the original perodua parts?

Changing tyre size for 14" on Myvi

I have couple of doubts & its as below :

1) Am driving the '06 Myvi with 14" rim. the OEM tyre size is 175/65/R14. about 3 years back i have changed to 185/65/R14. Currently i need to change the tyres again as its worn off.. Is the size 185/65/R14 is still ok or 185/60/R14 be better in terms of performance & fuel coz many tyre shop guys got shocked when isay 185/65/r14

2) what is the best brand & affordable.. What i need is good grip, less noise & gives good performance. Budget less than RM170/piece. Recommend any shops please as i am in Selayang.

3) On a separate note, perodua service told that my mounting is out & all 3 pieces need to be changed & they are asking for RM600 inclusive labour. Recommend a place that can do very good mounting & uses the original perodua mounting with a reasonable price of course.

IDE Hard disk pin broken. Need to recover data

Hi,

I have a Seagate Quantum Fireball 80GB IDE hard disk. I wanted to back up the data in this hard disk & when i switch on the the CPU it keeps powering off & when i unplug the hard disk from the casing, found that couple of pins are broken. I need to recover the data files in it as its totally valuable & priceless.

Please shed some light on how could i recover the data from that hard disk. If possible, gimme something that i could on my own rather sending to data recovery service. If that would be the last resort, tell me a shop somewhere in KL if possible that does a good job with a reasonable price. By the way, how much would they normally charge?

recently changed to a new AMD mother board which is MSI K9N2GM. It have an integrated sound card. When i plug in my mic, i have to talk really near to mic in order to hear. the person on the other side of the connection, hears my voice very soft. Pressed on the "volume control Panel" @ taskbar & found that the MIC volume is greyed & not adjustable. Its realtek soundcard. Please do help on what to be done next. Have tried uninstall & install but still the same. Even changed MIC & its the same.

Please help.
