Kitchen Design

Would like to have some advice on renovation of my apartment.
Its new, nothing done yet. Due to limited budget, might want to start with kitchen first.
The rest will leave it later when have budget to continue.
Size is 1320sq.

Need some advice:
Do I have to start with only the kitchen first or plaster ceiling ?
Is 10k-15k sufficient just for the kitchen with a mini bar?

Recently called a few website building companies in Penang.
Many of them are quite arrogant, asking me to drop them an email and being informed that they DO NOT go on site to meet their potential customer, even thou its nearby their office. They don't even bother to entertain a call-in customer.
One of them even say "just send us an email, I will ask my boss if he wants to come and meet you"
I mean, what the xxxx, we as a consumer don't expect this kind of treatment, we call them directly and gives them business but they don't bother.
I was wondering if this industry in Penang is doing really good until they treat their potential customer this way? Even if all their sales are busy at the moment, just get our contact and call us back, but they don't even bother to do that.

I've tried to buy from Apple store online just now.

At the shipping information section, I'am not allowed to entered my handphone number, only land line number?
What if my house does not have a landline?

In the payment section, it only ask for credit card number and expiry date without asking for the credit card holder's name?

I find it pretty weird. Anyone had purchased their ipad directly from apple online before, care to share ?
