rampage formula no post

i just get a rampage formula
when power up,mobo light on,fans all running
but no post at all,no beep sound too
first i tot is bios problems then i use another older cpu to run on it so i can update bios
but result remain the same,anyone know wat's the problmes?thanx~

my rig:e8400 E0
corsair dorminator 1066mhz 2X1G
320GB WD sata
GTX260+ palit sonic

is there because of compatible matter?

halo i wanna ask
i get a new mobo gigabyte p45-DS3 to place to E8400 EO stepping
when i power up the pc,gc and heatsink fan load like normal
but there's no screen detect on my lcd
if wait awhile then the pc will restart itself
first i think it's my power supply no enough power cause i usung 4870x2
so i get a 800w psu,but still remain the same problem
after i check the gigabyte mobo website,in the cpu support list
it show E8400 EO will be support at the bios version F4
does it mean i need to update the mobo bios so only i can run the system?if use the default bios the pc cann't be start ??
