Solution for soundcard to Stereo Amp

I have an integrated stereo amp, my sound card Audigy value , only one green hole for miniplug output, what do i need to have a connection to the stereo amp:

1.do i have to buy a cable converter to connect from one Miniplug output(soundcard) to two RCA (white n red) input to the stereo amp?
2.or is there any good affordable sound card that already have stereo RCA output?
