Currently using intel dh67cl on board graphic with core i5 2400, but there is an old card ATI Radeon X1950GT, may i know which is better?

Currently plan to buying a car around 50k, just normal travel in the city seldom go for long distance, so thinking about Gen2 and Myvi, so what do u guys think or is there others better choice? please give some advice, thanks

CM V8 Fan Speed Adjust

Regarding the info by CM the fan speed for CM V8 is 800R RPM to 1800 RPM, but i got a problem here if i using manual adjust fan speed the min fan speed maintain around 1400-1500 and max can go till 2000 RPM, but if i use for auto adjust fan speed according the cpu temperature the Fan speed can maintain at 800-1000 RPM, may i know why the manual adjust min maintain at 1400+ RPM..as i know the min speed should be 800+ RPM..

Anyone got firmware 66.53.2. for Aztech DSL600EW i cant download from Aztech website and my current firmware is 43.53.1 if u got pls upload for me thanks for the help
