Problem details
First occurence of problem: Cant surf certain website for example :-
1. Anonym zu forum.xda-developers.com
2. Anonym zu youtube.com
3. Anonym zu yahoo.com
And much more....
Problem frequency: More than a week
Problem description: Whenever i try to surf the sites listed above, it will show loading and problem loading page. The Connection has been reset.

Is it because of the Primary and Secondary Server as per the picture which I attached below. If I change to Asia Pacific, I can surf some of the website listed above while the other which previously I'm able to surf is not.

I have been using this Modem without any problem for 2 years without any problem. I have also called streamyx hotline 4 times, and they have asked me to do all sorts of troubleshooting and promise to send technician to my house. Its 3 days since they promise me, but I havent see any of them coming.

MX 318 FAX SETTING

Recently I have just bought a MX 318 Canon Printer.

There is 3 type of setting for fax, Fax Only Mode, Fax Priority Mode and Telephone Priority Mode.

I'm using Telephone Priority Mode. When The Phone Rings, its ok, I just pick up and answer. But, when there is an incoming fax, the phone rings normally until it goes to voicemail. Unless we pick up the phone during fax and press 'Fax' and 'Black', it can come thru.

So my question is, is there any setting that I can set so that fax transmission can be transmitted after certain rings, for eg 7 times. Because its hard to receive fax when there is nobody at home to receive it.

HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT!!

Guyz I suggest that some improvements to be made available for all M50i users. Just suggesting, more suggestion / feedback welcomed. Keep posting

1.Settings > Power On / Off
Save PIN No. should be made available, so that the phone can starts automatically, so that users does not have to key in the Pin each time the phone starts automatically.

2. Message
-SMS > Write Message
Switching From Capital ,Small letters and Numbers should be made easier / faster, not by pressing '#' key many times to get the desired input method.
-Folders
User should be allowed to create folders for specific messages.
Email
Application to retrieve / send email via GPRS should be made available
MMS> Image Resizing
640 x 480 image resizing during composing MMS giving errors all the time. Users is forced to use either 320 x 240 or other option to send MMS

3. Camera
When Image Size is selected to 1280 x 960, ZOOM function is not available.

4.Analog TV
Channel List- User should be made able to edit the Channel ID for easy viewing.
- Recording Function
Recording TV Shows feature should be added to the phone (Just Suggesting Although This Will Create Many Copyright Problems).

5.FM Radio
-Same As TV, Recording FM Radio Programs feature should be added to the phone (Just Suggesting Although This Will Create Many Copyright Problems).

6.JAVA
-JAVA Platform (The Best Is Similar to Nokia's S40 V3) should be installed on the phone for easy customizaton of applications, games, themes and etc.

7.Bluetooth
Bluetooth icon should be reallocated to settings and with creating a Connectivity Icon.

8.Unit Converter
- More Units of Measurement should be added to the current weight & length.

-SIM 1/ 2 setting to on / off manually / automatically should be added to profile such as Off SIM 2 after 2 AM

10. Video Converter
The Video Converter Should have been inluded in the set, as its quite hard to convert the videos without knowing the specs to be used

I'm wondering is there any application that auto-start the the phone with the preset time. As I got the auto-shutdown apps for N70 ...its from psiloc.

And another thing is, is there any apps available for FM Radio recording. The features should include the ability to record from radio into the phone memory card

I'm having RM88 1Mbps Package, and after waiting for 2 Months, I started calling their Customer Service 1-300-88-9515.

1st Time.
And a guy answered, I told him that my speed was too low and when I run the bandwith test it shows me 200kbps download speed. And he told that its because of the cable issue due to earthquake in Taiwan last time and they are restoring it and he dont know when its going to be ready. And the Answer is be PATIENT

2nd Time (After A Week)
As the speed was damn slow I rang them again. And their technician asked me my username and asked me to off/on modem, unplug/plug cable, and told me that he is going to reset my connection and the speed should achieve 1mbps after 15 min. And after 15min its true, the bandwith test shows 1.2mbps and I was happy. BUT the next morning, it is back to 200kbps

3rd Time (After A Day)
As the speed drops tremendously after a day, I did called them again, and the same, the guy reset my connection and its ok. But today,the speed is back to 200kbps and I cant even surf websites.

GUYZZ, does this screamyx expect me to scream at them everyday to get the right speed!!!!!
