            <title>XP on HP presario laptops</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/752869</link>
<description>I just bought a HP Presario B1286TU laptop yesterday from Low Yat. Intel C2D and with 2Gb RAM. I have heard about difficulties in installing XP because the machine doesnt have the SATA driver for XP. So I downloaded the SATA driver from HP website and try to create a modified installer using NLite. Of course I used the priated version of XP SP3 Home OEM edition lah...trying to save cost. BUT...in the end, somehow it just doesnt work, the installer still couldnt detect my hard drive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone help? Do I really need the original of the OS in order to create the modified version?</description>
