Dog Whisperer Fan

I have to admit, I'm a huge Cesar Mllan fan. Although i've only found out this dog whisperer about a year ago i think when Astro started to show on the National Geographic Channel. If anyone doesnt know who Cesar Millan is, you can check out the wiki link at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cesar_Millan

Aside from having a whole new perspective about dogs, I have a new found respect for the dog breeds like Rotweillers, Bulldogs and such that Cesar taught that it is not a breed we should fear because it is not the breed/dog, its the people handling them.

Yes, i know i only have a pug, but i guess a pug is very right for my kind of energy level lol.

So, I'm wondering how many people watch Cesar Millan? Would love to knock around a few ideas and discuss.

I am currently planning to revamp our office internal website and i need some suggestion on the best way to do it.

here are the details:-

particularly this website is to update on a daily basis changes in procedure of paperwork and government offices that the staff can refer to on a daily basis.

it also have templates of documents to use and notices issued by government office etc.

i have subsections for each government office, banks and such.

The website is currently full with text information

i want to integrate all this information into a more clean look and easier for basic or unexperienced user to navigate the site.

whats the best way or example of website i can use?

Motorbike License Question

I have car license but in these day economy and the KL Jam i want to save (my money and sanity) by learning how to ride a bike.

But i need some advise, mainly,

(1) What kind of bike should i get? Recommended for ladies and at a comfortable budget.
(2) Do i still need to sit for the ceramah and course ka? or can i just get the lessons and do the test straight away?
(3) it is a good idea to get my own bike first, so that i can get some practise done before i actually sit for my test?

And any other additional advise other than the above, that i might think off, is welcome.
