stremayx disconnect problem

Hi, i am using streamyx rm77 package. My modem keep disconnect. I use dial-up, no router, with the free modem given by streamyx. The modem model is DB102. Is the line problem or modem problem? I had check all the phone connection. I even unplug all phone line and directly connect the line to modem. But still get disconenct abut every hour. Anyway to solve? Or need to call that stupid 1300 number?

I stay at butterworth. I register for streamyx last week and i get my free modem from the agent at last tuesday. Until now, the light still blinking. I call the agent and ask, they say telekom had already done the jumper setting, should be no problem. When i call the streamyx 1300889515, they give same aswer ad ask me to wait a few days. But now already 1 week. Anybody had any idea ? Or is it related to my phone line? Please giv any comment. Thanks.

How do you all comment about Malaysia future C2C e-commerce ? Will it happen same as taiwan or hong kong? I means most of us will buying through online.

My friends are now going to create a website that selling website and flash templates. Besides that, they providing website design too. They invite me to join, and total of us got about 6 peoples. But i affraid that malaysia dont have the market. What do you all think?
