Motobike blocking front gate

Really dam stress with motocycle blocking my front gate every monday pasar malam. Balik kerja nak parking dalam rumah pun kena turun tolak motosikal bagi kereta masuk.

I have a problem which my PC cant boot into bios or window..currently using Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z / Gen 3...the LED indicated 00...normally it will change if the PC on..nw it stuck with the 00...is my motherboard problem or other part that causing the problem? btw, i just rma back the motherboard, they change a new board for me..but still cant boot into bios or window...fan will spin, then it will stuck...and still stuck at 00...any idea?

hi everyone, i had problem with my computer. Yesterday i closed my computer as usual, but today when i open the computer..it failed to get into windows. I was wanted to format my computer for sometimes, and i take this opportunity to do so. After i reformat the computer, it show the same problem before the format. It cant load into windows, and it restart after the windows loading bars. Anyone here experienced this problem before? Any Ideas to solve this problem?

p/s : My computer had not even complete the setup, cause it cant load into the windows to do the 1st user setting. But if using the safe mode, it manage to get into windows but setup cant be done using safe mode. =(
