hi, my DNS always auto change to 184.82.223.18 and 37.1.195.200 recently. is this a hijack or malware?? anyone here face this problem?

Cannot surf at first boot or after reboot

Firewall used: Windows

Problem details

I had weird problem lately, sometimes on first boot (OS: winxp) , I cannot go online even though the DSL led is stable, whenever I met this problem, I will login the modem through browser & disconnect reconnect the modem, then the problem solved & I can go online. It happen so after reboot the computer.
Anyone here can help? it is quite annoying to reconnect the modem each time. thanks in advance.
