            <title>Cannot surf at first boot or after reboot</title>

            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: Streamyx &lt;br /&gt;Location: PENANG&lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: no&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: Dlink 2640T&lt;br /&gt;Router: no&lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: Windows&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had weird problem lately, sometimes on first boot (OS: winxp) , I cannot go online even though the DSL led is stable, whenever I met this problem, I will login the modem through browser &amp;amp; disconnect reconnect the modem, then the problem solved &amp;amp; I can go online. It happen so after reboot the computer.&lt;br /&gt;Anyone here can help? it is quite annoying to reconnect the modem each time. thanks in advance.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
