Laptop - HP Pavilion-dm4-1201tx - upgrade?

I wanna updrage my laptop to which i can dota 2 around 60fps, currently open to any suggestion, except convert to SSD drive. (unless it do make a lot of difference in terms of gaming, not in terms of window)

Here is my laptop stock condition,

HP Pavilion dm4-1201tx window 7
2.66 GHz Intel Core i5-560M Processor 3 MB L3 cache
4 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 (Supports up to 8 GB DDR3 memory)
Video Graphics ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6370 Graphics (switchable) (1 GB DDR3 dedicated)
Hard Drive 640 GB SATA Hard Disk Drive 5400 rpm

P.S>: Current virtual RAM memory is around 3.8GB.

Currently, i have few thinking:
1.) Upgrade RAM to 8GB
- can i fit 1333MHZ or even higher to the slot? What is the maximum this motherboard can take in? any sifu have idea?
- when i upgrade to 8GB RAM, if the 2nd slot 4GB RAM is 1333MHZ, since the 1st slot is 1066MHZ, can work? what is the pro and con? will it anyway different than two 1066MHZ?

2.) Increase the vitual RAM memory
- i been looking into few article, there is a kick, how much should i adjust to for this value? since if too low, then not enough memory to serve, if too high, it tends to keep reading from Hard Disc page file, which is sluggy (Unless is fast SSD drive). The reason being i will put upgrading of SSD drive to last because it is not cheap, somemore not worth for this ancient laptop.

3.) Upgrade graphic card
- first of all, i duno the max graphic card that this laptop can take in. without modify the mother board or cooling system. any suggestion? i do read also that upgrading this option may be quite risky since i will have to update BIOS in the process.

okay guys and sifus... any more suggestion that i can use? I found out 4GB DDR3 1066MHZ is kindda rare in the market, where can i get one of those?
