Convert MRTA to Life Insurance

Hi all,

just giving a topic about how we can convert our MRTA to life policy. if we want to buy new house, we have to buy a new MRTA (the price will escalate when u're getting older). MRTA are always paid together with our home loan (kena interest la bai!).. but when using life policy to replace the MRTA, u can actually transfer the value to your new house (no need to buy a new one). and guess what? the price will be the same. even in u're refinancing your loan. u can still use the same life policy. it also have cash value (MRTA burn lol).. so anyone interested??
