Kajang Villa - Abandon Project

the developer unable to continue the project, he already completed 80%..
now he find a white knight, another developer to take over the remaining work...

the thing is to release the remaining 20% of loan, the new developer need the consent of 2/3 of all purchaser...
we almost get that requirement, except we left 20 purchaser not willing to sign the consent...

so the project remains - abandoned...

any advice, dear lowyat gentleman and lady?

anyone buy Kajang Villa 7 years ago?

This morning when I wake up and check email, there is a stranger wrote me "She like my profile that found in a internet site, would like to know me more"... then blah blah.. so I reply "her" (I am still not sure if the person is a guy or a girl)

then at evening time, I receive another letter, she say she is from Senagol, and she wrote me stated that she like to walk on park,
looking for trusted relationship...and blah blah too

I recently enroll a program with a US guy who claim to be very expert in eBay.
so I and my business partner paid him nearly RM 13,000.

and during the sales presentation, he claim it is very simple to use, very easy, and blah blah blah...

when I got the program and start reading his so-called video, i got a shock.
even i as a web programmer has the problem.

1# I have problem with setting up the eBay partner ID in Malaysia, there is no way to create a eBay Partner ID for Malaysia.
but I have successfully create a eBay ID and Paypal.

I really need that to complete one of his software that related to a site called Craigslist.

i feel cheated a lot.

Ｌ小姐和Ｍ先生是一對戀人，兩人隔河而居，那條河不寬，也不闊。

有一天，Ｍ先生得了急病，Ｌ小姐知道了心急如焚。

但是那一天出現了暴風雨，河水暴漲，風急雨勁。Ｍ先生叫她不要去探望他，可Ｌ小姐還是要不顧一切去看看他。

於是她去找Ｂ先生，因為Ｂ先生有一條船，有能力送她過河。

可是，Ｂ先生卻要收過河費一百萬，即使她向他解釋Ｍ先生的情況，他也一樣不為所動。

Ｌ小姐當然沒有那麼多錢，於是她去找Ｓ先生，因Ｓ先生也有一條船。

豈料，Ｓ先生竟是無恥之徒，他要求Ｌ小姐獻上她的肉體，方才載她渡河。

Ｌ小姐為了愛情，最後犧牲了自己……

最後，Ｓ先生也載了她過河。

Ｍ先生的急病，最後也沒有惡化，是化險為夷了。

但當他知道Ｌ小姐居然犧牲了自己的貞節，他很生氣，因為他早已吩咐她不要來，何況還因此犧牲了肉體！

於是，Ｍ先生和Ｌ小姐就這樣分手了。

Ｌ小姐很傷心，不久之後，他認識了年紀較大的Ｆ先生。

當他知悉了她的過去後，不但不介意，還向她示愛。

TRUST is the foundation.

without trust, a couple end up divorce, husband don't trust the wife, and the wife think the husband has affairs while working outside.

without trust, a happy marriage turn sour.

RESPECT each other. Remember what you say e.g. "You are stupid" you said to a colleague, will you say the

same to yourself - "I am stupid.", ask yourself will you feel respect if you say "I am stupid, idiot" to yourself?

what do you do this to other? since you won't say this even once to yourself, so don't do this to your team member.

What Most People Want in a Relationship is:

Sharing. more quality time of sharing, reduce conflict, increase understanding. Sitting at a coffee shop,

talking something on family, hobbies, self improvement, books will improve relationships.

the solidness of this type of relationship shall arise gradually.

Buying a small gift to your colleague, giving a small card will make a difference in your relationship.
