Uncle kat sini,.. Normally i do sell bikes at FB but recently i post my bike at Tiktok to show condition, explain and show customer before they buy. Normally i think max 100 view in few weeks. My previous Serena i brought with someone but he had change the engine. He had endorsed and get letter puspakom and sell to me.

When sell to me, we go JPJ, the puspakom letter write tukar nama dan tukar engine BUT when jpj change name. They din put the new engine number and put my name straight? Now i had sell to used car but used car told me geran still old engine number. Anyone have idea what to do? need do endosement again but i dont have old receipt, etc

I would like announced i am official married and all of this because of kopitiam/ktard. I would like to thank to Ktard,/k and LYN for let me found my wife at Kopitiam post.

Today i decided to KUDA a bit in LYN and spread what GOOD THING KTARD had done to my life.

Housing Loan question

Dear LYN forummer,

1st Sept I had paid a 3% booking fees around 15k to secure a house in Klang and I just submitted my loan request to bank last Thursday.

Previously I quite heavy debt in - 1 OD RM5k, 3 c.card total max up to 21K, 2 hired purchase ( 55k and 20k) and 2 Personal Loan in few K. Last I check July at CCRIS all appear and I do consult my banker, he would recommended me to clear as much as possible.

So I clear all my card, PL, OD and HP as well. At same time, i do cancel off my 1 card. However my record just update on 15th Sept(same day I submitted my loan). I submitted my loan after I check my CCRIS all debt clear, 2 of C.card shown 0(actually bank owe me instead as i overpay) and 1 HP for car(banker recommended me not to clear it even i prepared the money for it). All my PL, OD and debt was clear from CCRIS and I submitted my loan.

May I know will bank reject my application by trace back my old record(even I shown 0,0,0,0 in CCRIS old debt)? Reject due of my heavy debt even i clear it already? The estimate monthly repayment took roughly 30% my current salary

Short summary

1. Heavy debt before with 2 HP, 1 OD, 3 C.card, 2 PL
2. Clear all OD, 1 HP, 3 Card, 2PL ( left with HP for car as banker mentioned required some credit record) . All record was gone in my ccris. lets said previous is 8 record and now left 3.
3. Paid 3% booking fees last 2 weeks.
4. Submitted the loan to bank once checked CCRIS is clear. Estimate loan amount monthly took 30%-40% my current salary.

Question > Worry loan rejected as heavy debt before.

KUALA LUMPUR: The discovery of the body of missing DPP Anthony Kevin Morais in a concrete-filled drum in Subang Jaya was a gruesome end to the high-profile personality who was abducted on Sept 4.

Morais' case is among 10 where murder victims were found cemented or in concrete-filled drums reported since 1998, according to records at the Bernama Library and Infolink Service (BLIS).

On Feb 11, this year, the skeletal remains of a man were found in a blue plastic barrel which was cemented, and dumped in a pond in Kampung Timah, Bukit Beruntung, Selangor. The victim was murdered about 10 weeks before the body was found.

The other cases were:

- March 21, 2009, the police found the body of a man in a cement-filled plastic barrel at a road-shoulder at Kampung Parit Punggur Darat in Muar, Johor.

- July 29, 2006, an unidentified body of a murdered victim was found in a drum containing cement at a construction site in Taman Putra Perdana, Sepang, Selangor.

- Nov 16, 2005, the body of a man, believed to be a Pakistani, was found in a barrel filled with water, cemented and buried in the compound of his rented house in Kampong Pasir Puteh, Kelantan.

- March 25, 2005, an Indonesian man's body was found in a drum which was cemented on the top and bottom of the drum in a forest near Taman Nilai Perdana, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. He was identified as Adi Haida, 31.

- Jan 9, 2004, a rotting corpse was found buried in a cemented metal barrel by the banks of the Bonus River at a site project of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall in Air Panas, Setapak.

- April 11, 2000, the body of a man was found in a cement-coated drum at a dump site in Kampung Hicom, Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.

- June 29, 2012, a human skeleton was found in a cement-filled oil drum by a backhoe operator who was cleaning the forest area in Kampung Baru Balakong, Kajang.

- April 9, 1998, the body of a Bangladeshi was found in a drum whose surface was cemented, at a river bank in Batu 9 Selayang, Kuala Lumpur. - Bernama
