White Screen of Death

Hi, my bro HP laptop just show white screen when turn on and some black line appear after a while... What is the problem? motherboard or graphic card problem? The laptop basically will stop there with the white screen only... He tried removed the HDD n boot using others same laptop n it run with out any problem...

Basic specs of the dead laptop:
core2duo 2ghz
2gb ram
8400mgs
used ard 1 year++

it start to happen after few day after he rendered some graphics... the exact same things also happen to his frens lappy(which is exactly the same model)...

once turn on:

Hi,

I cannot access my modem Riger DB102 Modem WebConifg page through my DI-604 wired router. I suspect it is the router on board NAT problem; but I dunno how to config it .... So any1 out there one how to config it??

BTW, I always nid to frequently restart my router as my connection will randomly drop. Is this is my router problem or modem?Do i hav to change to better router/modem? Any recommendation? I currently sharing the streamyx up to 7 PCs. This problem happens even only 1 PC only is in used(switched on). Using:

router: DI-604 wired 4 port
Modem: Riger DB-102 adsl 2/2+
Switch: Aztech 8 port basic switch
