            <description>hi friendly members&lt;br /&gt;I need a GPU for a charting software, it stated requirement as follow: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Windows 10&lt;br /&gt;Minimum of 1920x1080 display resolution ¹&lt;br /&gt;Video card with a minimum of 1 GB memory supporting OpenGL 3.3. Ideally, a relatively modern one (released within the last 4 years).&lt;br /&gt;16 GB RAM or more&lt;br /&gt;SSD for Bookmap data folder with 100 GB of free disk space&lt;br /&gt;Intel Core i7/AMD Ryzen 7 (or equivalent) or better. 4+ cores. ² Able to stay above 2.6GHz consistently. ⁵&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is my current CPU spec, which doesn&amp;#39;t have have any GPU.             <title>&amp;quot;Evict&amp;quot; tenant through Mahkamah (DIY method)</title>

            <description>hi &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone used this method to evict or force non-paying tenant to pay?&lt;br /&gt;This method is only applicable for due rental that is below RM5000 (small claim), but cant evict the tenant. &lt;br /&gt;In short, go to nearby Mahkamah Majistret and submit Form 198 cost only RM20. &lt;br /&gt;Normally tenant will move out or pay the rent. However, best to send several reminders saying you will do this before filing, tenant might be facing difficulties when not paying rent. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note: &lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s illegal to cut electricity/water, lock the door etc. This might backfire. &lt;br /&gt;Another way is hire civil lawyer for eviction, this will cost more and time consuming. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For details refer below: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;	1. Dapatkan Borang 198 di Mahkamah Majistret yang berdekatan. Boleh mintak dekat Kaunter cakap nak buat tuntutan kecil free je borang ni.&lt;br /&gt;	2. Borang 198 diisi dan dibuat sebanyak 4 salinan. Dalam borang tu nanti tulislah amaun tuntutan dan fakta kes yang menjadi asbab kepada tuntutan tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;	3. Dah siap isi Borang 198 ni hendaklah difailkan di Mahkamah sebanyak 4 salinan tersebut. Bayaran pemfailan adalah sebanyak RM20.00 sahaja.&lt;br /&gt;	4. Mahkamah akan cop meterai di Borang 198 tersebut serta memberikan tarikh pendengaran.&lt;br /&gt;	5. Tarikh pendengaran adalah tarikh dimana Mahkamah akan dengar kes tuntutan tu ye.&lt;br /&gt;	6. Selepas menerima Borang 198 yang telah dimeterai oleh Mahkamah, orang yang menuntut (Plaintif) hendaklah melakukan serahan kepada orang yang dituntut (Defendan). Borang 198 tadi tu kena serah pada Defendan untuk bagi dia tau kita nak menuntut hutang dari dia ni.&lt;br /&gt;	7. Serahan tersebut boleh dilakukan secara kediri (by hand) ataupun melalui Pos Berdaftar ke alamat terakhir Defendan yang diketahui.&lt;br /&gt;	8. Defendan, setelah menerima Borang 198 ni dan ingin mempertikaikan tuntutan Plaintif hendaklah memfailkan pembelaan dalam Borang 199 dalam masa 14 hari selepas menerima tuntutan dari Plaintif.&lt;br /&gt;	9. Pembelaan hendaklah difailkan di Mahkamah. Jika gagal, penghakiman beserta kos akan diberikan kepada Plaintif. (*Kos tidak melebihi RM 100.00 shj)&lt;br /&gt;	10. Selesai urusan pemfailan dan serahan Borang 198 ni, maka bersiap sedialah untuk hadir ke Mahkamah pada tarikh pendengaran yang telah diberikan sebelum ini.&lt;br /&gt;	11. Di Mahkamah, Majistret akan mengendalikan kes. Jadi bawalah semua dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan bagi membuktikan tuntutan anda terhadap Defendan dan ceritakan segalanya terhadap Majistret.&lt;br /&gt;	12. Defendan juga akan diberi peluang untuk menyampaikan pembelaannya (jika ada).&lt;br /&gt;	13. Sekiranya Plaintif Berjaya dalam tuntutannya, maka Penghakiman akan diberikan.&lt;br /&gt;	14. Penghakiman selalunya akan tulis lah Defendan kena bayar Plaintif amaun yang terhutang tu dalam suatu jangka masa (14 hari kebiasaannya).&lt;br /&gt;	15.             <description>&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;&lt;b&gt;2020 update: &lt;br /&gt;The shop is no longer offering interchange service.&lt;br /&gt;You can search in Facebook for interchange service. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want to exchange car plate number without buying new vehicle, then the following info (not updated, please double check) might be helpful. &lt;br /&gt;e.g You wish to change the current car&amp;#39;s number to a new number. New number must be un-registered, and old number need to &amp;quot;throw&amp;quot; to a new car.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Puspakom&lt;br /&gt;- Make appointment online at &lt;a href='https://www.mypuspakom.com.my/' target='_blank'&gt;https://www.mypuspakom.com.my/&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt;- choose KHAS for inspection type, then choose &amp;quot;Pemindahan nomber pendaftaran&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;- then make a payment of RM56.50 (RM50 inspection fee, processing fee RM3.50, RM3 for service tax)&lt;br /&gt;- once done the inspection, the inspection is valid for one month&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;---------------------------&lt;br /&gt;1. Bring to PUSPAKOM for inspection (ask for “Pemeriksaan untuk penukaran no pendaftaran”) . REMEMBER to keep the payment receipt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Walk to your prefered Motorcycle shop that provide this INTERCHANGE/RETURN service (For this service – Price varies from as low as RM400-1500). WHY it is so expensive? They need to register one NEW vehicle under your name, as the NEW vehicle will be second hand vehicle, which will drop its value. WHY again? as i said earlier, you need ONE NEW vehicle to perform this process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. So i found myself a shop that offer me RM550 for the new bike and its online process (K1 form), straight away i proceed, but with a such a lower price i need to send it by myself for registration.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. After this SHOP settle all the document for registration and INTERCHANGE FORM, i pick all the document for registration at JPJ, here you need to pay the RM215 amount as i state early in this post, so the JPJ counter clerk do his job, they will give u TWO unit of Original Grant, which is for my case, one for the New SHOP bike and another one for my old bike.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. After settle with JPJ, now you can change your registration number to new one, as for me, ABC 1234 proceed to PLate number shop for new NUMBER PLATE to attach to my old bike.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Proceed to your prefered SHOP, return the NEW bike GRANT for them as we just pay the small amount RM550 for us to register under out name. REMEMBER&amp;#33;&amp;#33; that bike is’nt ours. Be a gentleman to return it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. WOllaa&amp;#33;&amp;#33; its done. Total RM20 + RM 550 + RM 215 = RM785&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Pastikan ada Geran yg Original. Kete yg masih dalam loan pun boleh buat penukaran no. ni cuma perlu ada Geran Original je. Utk interchange no. anda tidak perlu buat surat utk mintak kebenaran bank.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Buat Pemeriksaan PUSPAKOM -B2. Bawak Geran Original tu sekali. Siap dlm 30minit dan SAH utk sebulan saja. Utk inpection PUSPAKOM anda perlu buat temujanji terlebih dahulu ya. Aku buat kat PUSPAKOM Bangi. Aku main redah je pergi.. nasib baik dorang bagi masuk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Syarat untuk interchange no ni korang kena beli kenderaan baru. Ikut la korang nak beli motorsikal ke atau kereta ke janji baru je. Jika korang tidak mahu beli kenderaan baru sbb xmampu ke apa ke, korang boleh pergi ke mana-mana kedai motor utk sewa dokumen kenderaan tanpa perlu beli kenderaan yg baru. Biasanya charge utk sewa dokumen yg dikenakan dlm rm1000 . Harga tu rata2 kedai yg aku tanya area KL/Selangor ni. Yg paling murah aku jumpa rm700. Dengan sistem e-daftar JPJ, dokumen akan disiapkan dlm tempoh 2 jam saja.&lt;br /&gt;No. Pendaftaran lama pada kete korang tu nanti akan diletakan pada dokumen kenderaan yg BARU dan No. Pendaftaran BARU tu akan diletakan pd Geran kenderaan lama korang tu. Jika korang tak ada masa nak gi JPJ, biasanya kedai charge upah runner rm150. Jika anda beli kenderaan baru sila abaikan step ini dan lompat ke step no. 4 je..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Di JPJ nnt korang perlu isi 1set borang lagi utk proses penukaran no plet ni. Borang JPJ K1A.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------&lt;br /&gt;below info are copied from jpj facebook &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mesti ramai yang ingat susah urusan tukar hak milik kenderaan. Tidak susah sangat, hanya beberapa langkah sahaja urusan anda akan selesai.&lt;br /&gt;1. Langkah Pertama : Langsai bayar&lt;br /&gt;Pemilik asal kenderaan menjual kenderaan kepada pemilik baru dan bayaran telah dijelaskan di www.jpj.gov.my&lt;br /&gt;2. Langkah Kedua : Pemeriksaan Puspakom&lt;br /&gt;Pemilik baru ataupun pemilik asal perlu ke Puspakom untuk buat pemeriksaan kenderaan. Untuk memudahkan urusan boleh cari Puspakom yang terdekat dan buat temujanji. Boleh buat pilihan untuk buat pemeriksaan di Pejabat Puspakom atau minta pasukan bergerak datang ke rumah. Admin cerita jika anda pilih untuk ke Pejabat Puspakom, anda hanya perlu mengisi borang B5 dan tunggu sehingga proses pemeriksaan kenderaan selesai. Puspakom akan mengeluarkan keputusan untuk tindakan selanjutnya. Kos pemeriksaan kenderaan boleh rujuk www.puspakom.com.my. Pastikan mykad dan geran asal atau Sijil Pemilikan Kenderaan (VOC) dibawa bersama-sama&lt;br /&gt;3. Langkah Ketiga : Urusan di JPJ (Pemilik Asal)&lt;br /&gt;Pemilik Asal perlu ke Pejabat JPJ yang berhampiran dan mengisi Borang Penyata Pertukaran Milikan Kenderaan Motor Secara Sukarela Oleh Pemunya Berdaftar (JPJ K3) kepada pemilik baru. Pihak JPJ akan mengambil cap jari biometric ‘thumbprint’ dan urusan selesai. Jangan lupa bawa mykad sekali. JPJ akan mengeluarkan slip menunjukkan anda telah selesai urusan ‘thumprint’ tukar hak milik kenderaan. Slip tersebut perlu diserahkan kepada pemilik baru.&lt;br /&gt;Maklumat yang perlu di isi dalam borang adalah nama, no mykad dan alamat pemilik asal dan pemilik baru.&lt;br /&gt;4. Langkah keempat : Urusan di JPJ (Pemilik Baru)&lt;br /&gt;Pemilik baru seeloknya perbaharui insurans terlebih dahulu di atas nama sendiri kerana setelah urusan cap jari ‘thumbprint’ di JPJ, Lesen Kenderaan Motor (LKM) atau lebih dikenali ‘Road tax’/Cukai Jalan akan terus terbatal. Jika insurans telah diperbaharui, pemilik baru boleh terus buat LKM baru. JPJ akan mengeluarkan VOC baru yang telah ditukar milik.&lt;br /&gt;Pemilik baru juga perlu mengisi Borang Penyata Pertukaran Milikan Kenderaan Motor Secara Sukarela Oleh Pemunya Berdaftar (JPJ K3) seperti pemilik asal.&lt;br /&gt;Dokumen perlu di bawa :&lt;br /&gt;1. mykad&lt;br /&gt;2.             <title>Regarding tenancy agreement extension</title>
