Planning to build a CPU with budget rm2+++

Im kinda outdated so wanna inquiry what can i get with these budget

what i need will be

Casing
Power supply <-- stable power supply require due to my previous CPU breakdown due to unstable power supply><
CPU: intel core i5 series or Phenom II X6 1055T (dont know which one better)== or if got better let me know
Ram: normal 4gb will do i think
hardisk 320 will do, cause i got many external ady
GPU <-- my personal favorites^^ plan to go for ATI this time cause i have used nvdia for many years ady feel like wanna change to ATI this time, better if support eyefinity
Motherboard <-- got 0 knowledge with motherboard so needed some ones to suggest for me==
dvd drive: i got my own ady so can skip

please quote me for item on top and feel free to suggest me for any others spec with these budget
