Water pipe at yard

Hi, curious if anyone here knows about the water pipe at condo yard area. Is it not recommended to cover it up and in future it would leak for sure?

Anyone knows what is it used for? For upper floors washing waste or toilet waste?

Reason being is that on certain condo kitchen is too short so will need to extend it to yard area so most of these types of design will then have to use plaster board to close it up so the extended kitchen will not look weird.

Example highlighted in red is the water pipe enclosed through cabinet and plaster board.

What is the best tool to open faucet bottom

Does anyone know if there’s any tool that is good for unscrewing bottom part of the faucet?

I have very tight corners so unscrewing it with spanar is a nightmare.

Hi, I’m wondering if there’s any part inside the faucet that I can fix / replace instead of changing the whole kitchen faucet as the left head is having a bit of water leak.

It will leak when when removed the water filter head so it’s something inside.

What’s disappointing is that the whole faucet was replaced just about 6 months ago so I didn’t expect it to spoil so fast.

Condo water pressure between rooms

Somehow I feel weird that one bathrooms water pressure is quite strong eg shower, sink, toilet.
But in another room the pressure seems quite so so, especially the shower heater. The sink and toilet I can feel it’s softer than the previous room I mentioned.

I thought water is controlled by the main pipe? Turning it off turns off the whole unit. So why is the water pressure different between rooms? I want to know if it’s something that’s controlled by some pumps by management besides the main pipe

Curious if the total sqft size reported by developers actually include the balcony and drying areas or even front house shoe area?

Reason being is recently keep seeing developers promoting new condos with a plus size where balcony is calculated separately. Eg 1000sqft+200sqft balcony.

Why is there a need to separate the calculation now? Or all these while those balcony areas are supposed to be extra and not part of the total size. Meaning, condos nowadays are smaller than before
