Laptop Hard Disc - Tik Tok sound

Hello,
Does anyone know how to fix the hard disc tik tok sound ?
The hdd is generating tik tok sounds where accessing the drives. I tried to check/scan disc through windows tool but no error found.

any idea what is the issue? I did back up the data in case it damaged.

Do you have any idea why other laptops or devices can get better Wireless speed but only one particular laptop is running very slow speed?
I tried to update the wireless adapter and the performance is getting worse which i rolled back to older version?
Anything else caused the slow internet speed? Thank you

I just subscribed 100M unifi. Unfortunately, i cant get the full speed at upstair as my router is configured at downstarit of my house.im using the router (black colour) provided by TM

I was wondering how can i boost up the signal at upstair.
Is that possible to put RG4332 (grey colour) as repeater? Please suggest.

Windows 10 can not boot

My laptop Windows 10 can't boot at all.
I tried to reset this pic and trying to do a clean install.
I'm getting error. The drive where Windows is installed is locked.
Unlock the drive and try again.

Please help. I have been trying to google around and nothing is working.
How can I do a clean install. Thanks

Renovation - Spent Half Year

The contractor is renovating my house and he spent half years but still have not completed yet.
A lot of areas are having water leaking and the things that i asked to do also have not been completed.
