Clinique 3 step skin care allergy

Hi ladies,

I was previously using dermedex then decided to switch to Clinique due to lack of supply for the refining cream for dermedex. I heard good reviews from other clinique users and didn't find any reviews that had any bad reactions.

So i bought the 3 step skincare on 20th Dec, start using on 21st Dec. On 24th Dec (xmas eve ) my face started itching. So I was patting patting my face to relieve the itchiness. I blamed mosquitoes, then my hubby said to me what's wrong with your face, it's so red. When we got back home, I was shocked to find rashes on my cheek. The rashes looks like small red irregular bumps. So I stopped using the products straight away. I washed and rinsed my face with plain water until the itchiness subsided. The next day on Christmas day, I saw the rashes are on my cheeks, forehead, neck (where ever I had applied the product). I went back to whatever was left of my dermedex. I found my skin to burn when I wash it so I don't dare put toner or moisturiser. I've been using Cetaphil since then as a mild cleanser to reduce the itchiness and flaking of my skin. It seems to help. But now some of the rashes and blackish and it's drying out and my skin is peeling and so rough to the touch. I look like a snake. It still itches till today and my skin still feel rough with bumps. My previous skin concerns were only enlarged pores and occasional breakouts. I used to have pretty smooth skin, now it feels like sand paper.

Are there anyone else out there who has the same problem? Did you manage to get back your original skin? How did you fix the problem? What is the specific ingredient that can cause the rash if any of you have any ideas? I have not seen a doctor. Any ideas on what is the remedy? It has been 4days since I stopped using the product. The redness and bumpiness is still there. I'm worried that it's permanant.

Hi Ladies,

I'm looking for a MUA in Teluk Intan or any MUA close by that can travel to Teluk Intan to do make up and hairdo for morning tea ceremony and evening dinner reception. During my short trip to teluk intan, the bridal shops are very few and although you rent the gown, it does not include make up. Some more, the portfolios tend to be more outdated and pasty makeup suitable for very pale skin. I don't wanna end up look like an aunty with a mask on my special day.

I can actually do my own make up but i struggle with hair and base foundation. I have a healthy collection of makeup supplies and is pretty complete (eyeshadows, eyeliners, eyelashes, lipsticks, blushes, ampoules). I only dont have foundation and primers and bases. So the MUA can actually use my products for a cheaper rate

If any of you have any information or contacts of friends who are freelancing or doing it part time do let me know. Professial MUA in Ipoh costs Rm400+ not including transportation to Teluk Intan (one MUA quoted Rm550 for Teluk Intan). I find this abit costly. But I'm not too sure what the normal rates are in Teluk Intan.

Also, the job will also include makeup and hairdo for both my mom and mom-in-law.

(WTA) KOSE & SHISEIDO product review

Hello ladies,

I wanna ask your experience and review on using facial products from KOSE and SHISEIDO.

I's currently using SKII product and it's kinda expensive but the results are great! I have much clearer skin and my pores are not as big as they used to be but my pocket got limit one...

I wanna try other more affordable brands. I've been looking for reviews on KOSE and SHISEIDO products but can't find any from Malaysian users. Is it expensive or not popular? I usually would search online and see what other gals have to say for the products cos I also dun dare try all the german/swiss/france brand out there cos their ingredients are designed for their climate and weather. I trust japanese products cos I think it's designed for asian skin and suitable for our climate.

I don't know... Pls provide a review or opinion if you've tried any of KOSE or SHISEIDO. Cos I kedekut wanna spend money on something that will make me break out. I tried a european brand b4 and it caused me to break out and scarred my skin. So dun wanna make the same mistake.

Would really appreciate your opinions and experience or advices.

Hi,

Basically paid this person RM110 for a product but waited more than one month and the person keep giving lame excuse. I don't expect a refund as we have been warned against money transfers on the forum. But i just would like this person banned and unable to cheat someone else.

I don't know how to post the PM conversation. But I still keep it for proof.

Hope you can take some action on this person.
