2.0 vs sound bar for family room setup

Hi guys, looking for audio recommendations for a family room setup. TV is a Samsung 55Q7FN, viewing down the short end of a 10x20' room. To be clear, this is a secondary setup primarily used by the kids for TV/gaming, but also where the family will hang out for casual movie watching when I'm not in the mood for firing up the projector in the other room.

I really want the simplicity of controlling everything from the TV remote so HDMI ARC is a must. Budget is approx RM5k but would be happy to spend less. Used gear is fine. So far I've shortlisted the following:

1) Integrated amp + bookshelves (2.0)
- Sonos Amp / Bluesound PowerNode 2i / NAD D3045 / Marantz NR1200 (not available here?) + bookshelves or wall mounted speakers (Q Acoustics, DLS Flatbox, etc)

2) Low/mid-end AVR (e.g. Marantz NR1510) + LCR speakers + pair of ceiling speakers I have lying around as rears (so, 5.0)

3) Sound bar / all-in one speaker like Dali Katch One, Bose, Sonos? Something from Yamaha/Samsung/Sony?

Other options I've ruled out: An active 2.0 setup as I don't see any with HDMI ARC. Some higher end all-in-one boxes like Dynaudio Music 7 or Naim Muso 2 have HDMI ARC though are over the 5k limit.

I'd like to keep things simple so no subwoofer is preferable. Key priority is speech intelligibility and ease of use. What gives the best bang for buck?

Functionally, everything works perfectly. Runs very fast because of the SSD.

Coolermaster 340: where to buy?

Looking for a Coolermaster 340 or similar compact (mATX) case... where can I find one? Preferably would like to spend under 200 bucks without PSU and the 340 seems ideal. The Silverstone SG-02 is also an option but is a lot more expensive... in between would be the CM Media 260, which is also hard to find. Any ideas?
