Lets say you have spare for MCB.. do you put them along the busbar and if yes where... at the end or middle or next to the ELCB?

Having issue in HDMI output, need to send for diagnostic and possible repair....
Anyone can help as seem there is a change of local distributor.

HDMI out, blinking and snapping in and out

My Marantz AVR 7005 old tech both HDMI out having issue. Snapping in and out and only seem to stablilised after 30 minutes. Audio no issue only video getting black screen snow screen incorrect color screen until it stable after say 30 minutes.
Could it be the HDMI board drying and anything can be done? Or is it time to get a new AVR?

Went to Celcom Blue Cube to change my Post paid Plan but the counter staff ask me to hold on as Celcom will launch new Post paid Plan. Suppose to be this weekend, seem nothing... Have I been conned?

Alternator change voltage go to 15v..

Just change alternator as the old one die... The new one showing voltage at 15 volt while the previous one always around 14.4volt.. Is it on the high side...? This is when engine idling with air cond off, with air cond on around 14.7 to 15v.
Appreciate some opinion.

Water Heater with Pump

Just curious, have a old water heater with ac pump going into 8 year of use. The pump start to have wear and tear behaviour.
Curious should I just change it or I wait for the pump to actually die?
Been patiently waiting for it to die... but it wont go 6 feet under.....

Astro Byond LNB/Decoder Issue

Hi All,
Having this issue with my Astro Byond lately.

When turn on sometime find that no signal (But clock showing before turn on) and have to go to Satellie Setting-Installation Setting....and MEasat 1 to lock back the signal.
Sometime its take some time before the signal come back (can go next page), seem like need to warm up....
After lock then back to normal, can watch all channel.. if turn off then depend on luck sometime no issue but sometime need to do the above again...

Curious is it the LNB dying... its the same one since Astro Byond started but the decoder have gone through 1 change, no longer the original UK one, got the China Made one during the last change when spoilt....

Planning to call Astro but wanna see opinion on what could be wrong. As scared when they come over its normal but when they go back it act up again....

If indeed the LNB planned to forced them to change it even though need to pay for it if necessary. Just want to get opinion if indeed its the LNB instead of the Decoder Box.

Dont think its the cable or else sure cannot work already and dont think the power supply also.... so left either the LNB or the Decoder...

Which one the most probable faulty item? Decoder or LNB?

Curious can go to Post Office or need to return to JPJ to renew road tax?

Rear Speaker - Itchy Hand advise

Itchy Hand case... thinking of should I do it or not to do it.... mmmmmmmm...
Currently rear-fill Component Speaker ie the Alpine (some old model from yesteryears) are powered from HU....
Thinking should add an amp to power it or just leave it powered by HU....
Add or leave it alone.... Please Mr Installer ie Howiechoo are not allowed to comment... hahahaha....

Pump Dying for Water Heater Alpha Jet V1-EP

I am having a Alpha Jet V1-EP Instant Water Heater with pump for bathroom and suspecting the built-in pump is dying. Just curious normally how long does the pump normally last and and are there option to service or repair; or I need to change the whole water heater? Think the Water Heater is slightly more than 5 years old.
And advise is welcomed, thanks....

Just curious if anyone have found a way to "off" the speaker/grill without the risk of poking finger from children or have any way of protecting the driver from harm....

If there such a thing that exist that let us have naked driver but still protected? Do like expose driver as feel it sound better (maybe placebo effect) but thinking if once "poke" cry also no use....

Lost Car Key by Accessory Shop

Hi All,

I was at a well-known accesory shop to do some upgrade and they misplaced my car keys.

They promise to rectify the problem and currently I am using spare key.

Just curious, what should they do for me?

They promise to replace all the locks, change the alarm and immobiliser system.

I just concern in case there are other things that I miss out? Do I need to make police report?

If in the future, anything happened to the car and my car-maker do not want to take reponsibility, can I go back to this accessory shop or should I insist they go back to the manufacturer and get original manafacturer equipment?

The shop are quite reluctant to go back to manufacturer as they say it will be expensive. Its one of those Chain-shop and maybe I should try to get to their upper management?

Set to match Focal Component and a 12" Subwoofer... not sure what brand on a 5 Channel Amplifier not wrong Xetec..

Was thinking of going for Lifestyle thingy.. so want speaker 5.1 set those that are small (sattelite) maybe that pass the WAF that mean should still look nice..
But prefer not to compromise too much on SQ..
Willing to spend 5k and above.. if got cheaper one.. better lah.. can look at AVR also... itchy hand.. need upgrade antidode...
Mostly movie purposes.. a bit of music..
Hope to get some suggestion and source ie where to buy... also review by owner if use before...
