850k New Property in KL - Help needed

Looking for a new landed or condo in KL, prefer Ampang area with 850k budget for own stay. Prefer 4 bedroom and wont mind wait 2 years to move in. Semi-D also OK if less than 1M.

Degree in Accounting and Finance

Okay. I just finished my Business Foundation at Taylors.

Im planning to take degree in Accounting and Finance. I am a bit weak in Accounts and plans to take finance route when enter the job force ie banker. Should I took ACCA/CPA even if I wants to become a banker/financier?

The problem is im in dilemma which Uni/College to choose?

1) UWE- Taylors - UK degree
2) UniSA - Taylors - Aussie degree
3) Curtin - Metropolitan - Ausie

Which one of these is better? If I wants to be an accountant and took Australian degree, am I not permitted to sit for ACCA and only can attend the Australian papers?
What is the difference between ACCA and CPA?

Business Studies .. Need Help

Hallo guys,

Im doing my Stpm now and will sit for the exam coming November. Im in science stream for your information.. Im really stressed and cant focus in my studies since STPM is damn hard.. I think i wont get anthing above cgpa 2.00

Now im planning to do business after my stpm.. I've to start everything from beginning again.. I want to do foundation/diploma in business before doing degree in business..

Will they accept my SPM 2006 results(8a 2b) if i want to do foundation in business in Taylors College?? Is there any other college/university that is good for business studies?

Will other colleges/uni (especially Monash University/Nanyang technology Universty) accept me to do degree if i completed my foundation in Taylors??

Sorry for the long post!! Really hoping that somebody will help me...... Thanks in advance ......
