Problem with TM product and service

Recently start from February after CNY till now there's a lot of phone and internet problem happen at Balakong industrial area. The reason that TM given to us is :-

- Feb 15 - 17 (cable stolen)
- Mar 15 - 17 (cable burned)
- Mar 20 - 21 (cable stolen)
- Mar 29 - Apr 1 (cable stolen)
- Apr 14 - 15 (cable stolen)

It is cause us a lot of problem, company sales drop, customer complain to us, till when bank call up to confirm check also can not cause my pay check been reject but that's another story.

Any one or organize out there can give some idea about this problem.... TQ

I have a Beebest water heater model: BWH3388EPWN (Built-In ELCB And Booster Pump) recently it's not working any more, the ELCB light is on after pressing reset the light off but the water heater still not wokring. Guys any idea ???
