Stressed at new company

I recently joined this company (have 2 yrs work experience). before joining i was full of hope and excitement.. as i am very eager to leave my previous company.. also i performed relatively well in the interview and i was told by my immediate supervisor that the upper management has high hope on me. However, as i joined this company, over time i kinda feel the culture does not seem to fit me.. it is a very fast pace company, with many projects thrown at me even before i managed to finish current one.. the tai chi culture (push responsibility to others) is bad too.. Everyday i feel so stress that my chest seem to suffocate, is this normal? or could the situation be improved or me get used to it? I am still under probation review, should i quit or continue this job? I do not feel quitting as it will look bad on my cv, yet the environment and work culture seems unfit for me. Also, my supervisor keep warning me abt the working environment, eg. ppl expect results,internal competition..

may I know if I download a R4 based DLC from Australian PSN, can I play the DLC using a R4 based disc in a R1 account ? I ask this because I use an US account..never have an R4 account but stuck with R4 since the game I bought from is R4 based.

Why??? I thought you can randomly do 7 out of 14 most wanted side mission to unlock it? Why the menu says I still need to lock up 4 villians? Does that mean some mission like clearing tower and Lucius fox mission is not part of the mission required to unlock the ending?

sorry i know this is old game. bt i used to play all AC series..seriously, WTF with ubisoft?? i reali hope they can stop churning money out from this already overdried franchise.. wht is the price for a xbox one + kinect in malaysia? currently in aussie, theres an offer 399 aud for this bundle including 3 download games (dance central spotlight, kinect sports and zoo tycoon).

read online...is it true the MAIN reason is that we use M manual for panorama, or subject stil but background light change freuqnetly because the shutter and aperture can be set constant as opposed to Av/Tv mode ?

what is the other reason for using M mode? I am an Av mode user primarily..not sure am i remembering it correctly but when I tried to shoot shaded area photo, altho the metering in Av mode is in the centre (0), the picture that comes out tend to be underexposed .. why is that a case? and when i tweat to M mode and set the metering to the middle, the picture comes out perfectly..

as titled. dating 3 yr +.. evrything is fine but when comes to family, she becomes ultra sensitive and never willing to let me know abt it. till now, i have 0 knowledge abt her family at all (ie dad mom job etc).

sorry i have been follwoing up with photography lately. my understanding is that background will be blurry and my main object will be in focus if i set my aperture to f2.8 compared to f/22.

why then in macro shooting, ppl tend to use higher f number (let say f16 rather than as lowly as possible, f2.8?) i thought if i use f2.8, then my object of interest, a bug would be in focus and background blurred?

hi guys..i was a ex vita user, but dueto the $$ price of the game during launch period, i sold it off within a month as i couldnt justify paying rm150+/- for a handheld games. however, of late the price of vita games has lowered down slightly, at least i could get it at a price of 20-30ish AUD. right now there is an offer bundle ps vita + soul sacrifice at AUD249 and the 8gb megapack bundle (which includes wipeout 2048, little big planet and other 8 more games for download) ..making the total cost of this bundle = aud300. is it worth getting it ?
