hello sifus out there , after lurking here and there I've have made a list of CPU components. Just to ask around with my budget what is the best parts that I can get in building my 2nd gaming rig. My 1st rig is 3 years old and my cousins is interested to buy it.

So here is initial idea for my 2nd gaming rig, hope u guys can recommend new@good ideas

Im still a noobs btw hahaha

CPU Intel Core i5-4670K (not thinking to overclock but will look into learning it)
CPU COOLER Noctua thingy (can remember the full name)
MOTHERBOARD do i need ASUS ROG hero?
