building a new rig around 2.5k max

my friend ask me to help him build a new pc around 2.5k max...mostly work(ms office)+light gaming...but he wanted dual monitor setup 2x18.5" monitor,64bit windows 7,8Gig ram...

what setup can i build after deduct all that he want?? no keyboard and mouse and speaker...

was thinking to bulid him:-

im planning to use dual monitor...my question is...the asus F1A55-M mobo onboard display has all 3 display output(hdmi, dvi, vga)...can i use 2 of the port to run dual monitor or do i need to add on a graphic card with 2 output and run both monitor from the graphic card??

my cousin need a new rig around 3 k.....no mouse n keyboard, speaker n lcd....purely rig.....

main purpose for renderig....3dmax, catia, sketchup, krkethya, autocad 2010 including editing an A0 size file is photoshop.....

what is the best i can get in the market with the budget he gave me n can run all the software nicely....thanks in advance
