Vista Upgrade Installation Hang

My vista business upgrade installation keep on hanging at the completing upgrade stage. Tried 4 times already but still same thing happened. Need to hard reset and it will auto rollback to XP SP2 back.

Anyway, my system specs is as below:
AMD Barton 2500+
MSI KT4v mobo
1gb Apacer RAM
Chaintech AV710
120gb WD hard disk
128mb Ati X800GTO

Anyone knows any solution besides doing a clean installation?
