Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
Possess good working attitude.
Basic skill in Computer and MS Office,SQL,AutoCount accounting software
Strong oral and written communication skills in Malay, Chinese & English
Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Available to start work immediately is an advantage.
Full-Time position(s)

Responsibiity:
Process and prepare invoices, sales orders, purchase order and etc
To request and remind customer on payment due/overdue
Prepare payroll of company staff and prepare EPF, SOCOS, PCB
Handling of claim expenses and petty cash
Perform monthly bank reconciliation monthly report
Handle general admin matters
Maintain good filling system including recording , maintaining and organized database for smooth data retrieving,
Ensure all administration matters are up to the company policies.

Bonus and tour incentives will be provided.
5 days work week
