            <title>Home improvement : Washing/laundry area</title>

            <description>I bought a subsale property with a move in condition, without needing any renovation at all. My only headache now is to improve the laundry area where the washing machine will be placed, as well as other washing activities. My initial plan is the build a kerb to prevent water flowing out into the kitchen. Problem is the nearest drain cover, is nowhere near (see pic below). Alternatively to source for mop sink, but again drainage problem.
