Vcore spiking 1.6++v

Recently i noticed my vcore spiking as high as 1.6++v when seen through hwmonitor. I found this problem after i formatted my pc dunno whether got any relation.
it seldomly comes out when i monitor 3-4 hours ok most of the time, normally after 1 day can see the vcore max 1.6V++.

I set the voltage to be in offset mode, when running prime, voltage stays at 1.208v max. I tried in manual voltage setting also same. stress test only done around 15-30 minutes just to check vcore max.

basicly my setup is as below

asus p8z77v-lx2
i5 3570k
corsair cx500

been googling through the internet, cant say i found a similar problem as this. need your guys help...

Accepting jobs which isnt the ideal career choice?
Im a fresh graduate in mechanical engineering. Im in a dilemma on whether i should carefully pick jobs which is related to my preferred career choice, or jobs which enables me to develop further in the future. I am afraid of that being too picky on jobs will make me jobless for some time. Is it advisable to accept any job first for the experience then after maybe one year find another job which is more suitable? Im also wondering whether it is difficult to land a job in the oil and gas industry.
