Macbook Magsafe LED off?

May I know how many macbook's users facing the same problem? Every time I plug magsafe on the macbook, it light up (either green or orange, depend on ur battery status), then fade out and no light anymore. Then, I send to Apple service, they have no idea wat's the problem. So, waiting for new power adapter, then only can test it again, anyone of you have this problem???

Which is the best and most efficient where providing the best service that is fast, quick, (maybe) onsite, or protecting your machine like you send in without marking some scratches on it?

My macbook just got back from apple care service center for the issue of RSD, tested, temporally should be fine, I am not sure, I have no confidence on this machine anymore. Sadly, I sent in with brand new machine, scratch less, now got back even I cant recognize my notebook, I am so disappointed and upset the service, scratches all over the book. How? I asked, they said no cover, but they made all those scratches..deepest disappointment on my first mac...

I saw this, anyone can give me a hand on how to find this in Malaysia? Tq. I will appreciate it.
