Tighten RAM timing

Hi, just finish building my first rig and looking to oc my ram.

Ryzen 5 3600
ROG strix b450-f gaming
16gb 3600mhz tridentz ram

By default the ram speed is not 3600mhz.

Then i went to bios and change the speed to 3600mhz and left the other value to Auto.

Now i'm running memtest86, currently at 66%, and finished round 1 with no error.

The only thing is the timing, 18-22-22-42. Is it slow? I think its slow. What can I do to change it?
