What should i do ,i have won the judgement JID and he did not apeal
But he still ignore me ,no intent to pay ,he is not a bangkrucpty ,

All the law have loope hole ,for example if
1.if i impose JDS -he can apear in court saying no money
2.garnish account ,he can empthy his account
3.WSS ,moveble properties he can empthy his house ,and his ic address is not belong to him .
Non moveble properties he put his wife name the properties .
4.bankrucy ,he dont go JIM to delare his properties and asset ,but used wife name to run the bussiness ?

Malaysia law is not good to secure bussiness anyone can cheat people .
