Repaint is needed as the rims have some wear and tear.
As my new car is using PCD 114.3 i cannot use the rims anymore, the tires are around 40% u can
still use for at least half a year to 1 year, it is Yokohama C Drive 195/50/15
good tires for dry and wet.

Hi, Guys here is my case.
I have see a house and i love it a lot, i pay the deposite of 1% the next day and he has sign a receipt letter.
I have obtain loan and proper documents from layers and the banks
The owner said that they will pay renter after they have receive payment while waiting for their new house to be done

So we put in, in the agreement as per agreed by the owner.

Everything has been ready only left the signature of the S&P

They are trying to reject us, now he try to decline everything they are not picking up calls
and wrote a cheque of the 1% deposite and throw it in my mail box.

What should I do, i love the house but the owner is trying to decline everything.
Loan and the agreement all are done, only left the signature for the S&P

I have check that they have received the deposite that i gave them and have bank into their account.

The problem now is, they are trying to reject everything.

I have to pay the lawyer and so on... they just wrote a cheque and throw into my mail box.
But i didnt bank in the cheque.
I would like to get the house but if i cant get it, i would like to know that can i get any compensation
at least to pay my lawyers.?

wanna ask.. why my woofer like chocking one
some times will be very loud then suddenly very low bass sound
last time it can go very loud
is it not enough power from the amp
or the amp dying ..
it will go loud then suddenly not so loud then after awhile will get loud again
make me so confuse.. change songs also like that

wat is the different between this 2 amp ..
i am using a 2 channel amp to power my woofer
and it seem quiet powerful dy
if install monoblock amp will it be more power ??
why ??
