Cuz I got a PDRM summon today via mail. Then inside that piece of paper got my car photo.

Below there is a section asking me to fill in the driver details and mail it back to the police.

If fail to do so, you will commit an offence.

New law? I never heard of such thing before.

Can I safely ignore mailing back the paper with driver details on it?
