The seller told me that he is very rich and he also told me that the geran title is already under his name. So I paid my deposit money. When I consult my lawyer, my lawyer told me that the title is still under developer&#39;s name. It has to transfer to seller&#39;s name then only can transfer to my name. He also told me that it is hard or take forever to change the title. The seller bought the house on year 2007 but now still under developer&#39;s name??? The seller refused to pay me back my deposit money. I call him, he keep asking me to talk to his lawyer. I call his lawyer, his lawyer ask me to ask my lawyer. I ask my lawyer, he ask me to sue them. Did anyone of you face this kind of situation before? Can anyone teach me what to do???
