I bought 3 masks from this dealer, namely kayhellgirl. Received the masks on Tuesday 16/12/08 at 1.26pm by pos laju. However, one of the masks is spoilt (seal is broken) and as you can see in the pictures attached.

I called her and she said she already checked before posted them out..but it's impossible that the seal is broken when it's on its way..cos i checked the packaging..if the mask is broken on its way to me..there will be a mark of liquid on the package..but the package is clean. and also in her thread she told me different thing pula that she couldnt check the masks before they were sent out..

So in the phone conversation kayhellgirl promised to courier me another new mask for replacement on thursday, which is today. But now she closed her thread and no sign of the new mask!and of cos, no news from her..either by sms or call or PM!so what can i do??
Plus the remain masks are not fresh too..i used the same brand before..(i bought from my regular dealer whom unfortunately ran out of stocks..and i urgently need those masks so i bought from kayhellgirl..but it turned out to be a disaster!) the remaining masks i bought from kayhellgirl are not fresh..their smell are different..and it's not pleasant!i didnt even dare to use them so i threw them away when i opened it..
i know those masks are kinda cheap..but i hate ppl for being so unresponsible!So what can i do here?

Im helping my friend to ask..my friend wanted to sell something here in LYN..and he just registered today..and already created a topic in Garage Sales. But what happened is his topic is gone..couldnt be found. I helped him to create the topic and i have already posted it in GS..already saw it in GS and editted a few things and after we logged out..and logged in again after few hours..his topic is gone!!couldnt be found..why ar??what happened to his topic?
i have created many topics..and this is the first time i encountered something like this..any ideas?? please advice..thanks!!!

im a smoker myself and trying out the additional filter..the question is..do u guys use filter?some ppl told me use filter no "kick"..better dun smoke!but what i think is..even we use condom during sex..so why not filter during smoking?hehe..
