Low water pressure - condo

Hi

I live in a condo. The water pressure for one of the shower is bad while it's acceptable for the other 2 showers.
One tap in the balcony also has low water pressure. The rest are ok.

Is there a way to solve this issue ?

house repairs

Hi, i just moved to a new place. I want to do some repairs to my old terrace house in USJ Subang before renting it out. The repair will cover roof leaks, painting, plumbing and wiring repair.

I suspect not many contractors will entertain me as this job maybe to small for them.

Any recommendation who I can use ? Came across some handyman sites like Handyman1Malaysia, Hello Handyman.. Anyone use them before ?

Appreciate any help. Thanks

Astro Beyond IPTV X-Files !

Hi

I have a strange issue ! I just installed Astro/Maxis Beyond IPTV last week.
I started noticing that my channel got changed but did not pay attention to it. I definitely did not change the channel myself.
Over the next few days, I start to pay attention. I noticed someone is busy changing my channel to his/her channel. I don't usual watch Malay channels but 'the other' party like it. When my channel got changed, i immediately switched it back. The other side will usually 'fight' with me and change it back as well.
I also noticed some shows got recorded on my PVR that is definitely not my recording. Hmmmm.... can't be supernatural.

I live in a condo and one possible explanation is the other remote from another condo unit is changing my decoder. I find it hard to believe as my condo unit is quite spacious and not in close proximity to neighboring units.

This has become very annoying. The other party usually start watching Astro around 11pm. Would appreciate insight into this problem ...

thanks

Weak Wireless

Hi

I just subscribed to Maxis Fiber internet. I am living in a condo.
The wireless signal from the supplied Technicolor TG784n v3 is extremely weak in the rooms.Router is position near entrance as per my condo guideline.
In one of the room, it's practically disappear every minute and back up the next minute.
I just installed a Aztech wireless repeater, tested for 3 days and the weak signal issue is still there.

My condo is wired with ports in every room. Hence no issue connecting laptops directly using Ethernet cable.
Issue is now connecting with wireless device like iPad and smartphones.

Appreciate any ideas how to resolve this ?

Thanks

Defet rectification frustration

My condo was delivered in May this year. I immediately inspected and submit the defect list. It's almost end of August, almost 3 months later, the rectification is at snail pace. Even the snail pace is when I harrassed them. They are all playing tai chi, A will ask you to see B, B will ask you to see C, C will ask you to see A. They refused to give phone number of their superiors. Emails to so called customer service are ignored. Obviously, they are playing to see who can last longer. I have seen other owners just gave up. They went ahead with renovation and at the same time spending own money to rectify the defects.

I am really frustrated. It;s a high end condo from a reputable developer. Any suggestion what else I can do ? Appreciate all your ideas.

Astro in condo

I am currently staying in a terrace house, moving to a condo soon. Today, I have a cable from my decoder unit downstairs to my masteroom tv. Both TV will have to watch the same channel. I am not keen to invest in a second decoder unit.

I want to do the same in my new condo but do understand that hacking is restricted in condos.

For all those staying in condos, appreciate your views how you install astro ? Do most of you have only the main tv in the living room for astro ?

Thanks for your input.
