AirPort Extreme & TIME broadband issue HELP Please

Hello everyone, I just acquired a wireless router and am having an issue of setting up
my Time Broadband connection with my Apple Airport Extreme (AE) and I tried most of
the suggestions that I could find over the forum but none is working for me
I have set my AE to Bridge mode but there's no internet connection for my WiFi...
Posted my problem at another sub forum but no respond so I decided to post it here
in hope someone can assist me here.

Here are the details of my work station
Broadband service Provider : TIME dotCom (www.time.com.my)
Location : KL

Personal equipment
Modem : Aztech DSL605E (updated to latest firmware version 121.106m.2)
Wireless Router : Apple AirPort Extreme (5th Generation) with latest firmware v7.6.1
Computer OS: Running on Window XP service pack 3

My setup as the following:
Aztech Modem > Airport Extreme > PC

Problem details
I am able to connect to the internet via my desktop PC since the LAN cable is connected back to my desktop PC and there is connection but not via wireless connection. I tried using my iPhone, HTC smart phone and notebook to access the wireless connection, they are able to detect the WiFi and connect to it but not able to use it to surf Internet, it prompt the error message "Connection Failed. Unable to connect. Please review your network settings." I have no issue connecting to cafes/restaurants' WiFi with my iPhone, HTC smart phone and notebook so clearly is my AE settings problem??

The Aztech modem was set to be in Bridge mode all the while by the service provider, the internet broadband connection is connected via PPPoE from my PC. I tried applying this method to my AE but it is not working and having errors. Next in Airport Utility under Internet, selected "Ethernet > Share a public IP address" and having error "Double NAT" . So in the end setting it to "Bridge Mode" for AE and it seems to work BUT there's no internet connection detect for this WiFi....

I am so confuse and not sure where I did wrong? Did I enter the right IP address?
Been resetting everything from stretch for days now and still unable to solve the problem and
am already running out of solutions....

I am in need of desperate help on solving this matters...hope any kind soul here who can
guide me on how to make it work? Really appreciated if anyone can help me up here.
